Well, the School Rumble manga series is being sold in America already, but are there any words about the anime series coming to America?

I don't think there are going to be any OVAs - this season had fillers, so you'd think they would have done a couple more b chapters?

How long was the period between the end of the first season and start of the first? 1 year? (So... 100 chapters to work with the first season, then an additional 78 [52 + 26] chapters the second season...)

Filler refers primarily to episodes that were not in the manga. These episodes only exist in the anime.

The reason for the name "filler" is that one of their most common uses is to fill up time in the TV schedule while the studio waits for more manga to be written.

so it takes more than a year to finish the 3rd term production??
btw..bout the 2nd term does not have any OVAs,they probably squeezed the OVAs into the episodes,which is *from my perspective* after the ending theme..certain episodes still continues to air until the quick review of the next epi

e.p - when Harima drew a set of facial hair on eri when they're in the temple and after the ending theme you can see that jap panda's*or whatever that is* tail cleaned up eri's artificial ink facial hair off

I've recently watched the first season and while downloading the second one I wanted to download the manga. Before I do so though, I want to know if it's worth it. I've got a few questions:
1. How much more does the manga contain then the anime? If the anime covered almost every story that was done in the manga I won't enjoy reading it. If the anime didn't feature many stories (like in Love Hina. The manga contained so much more side-stories and plot than the anime) I will afcourse read it! I'd be happy if you could give a percentage.
2. In which chapter does the "First season" (the chapters which were used for the anime's first season) from the anime end? And are some stories from the manga's "First season" used for the anime's second season? This way I won't be spoiled in the manga.

Maybe it's a bit vague but I hope you guys can understand.

EDIT: Nevermind, I already discovered the answers and am still enjoying the manga.

i dont understand about yakumo...
she said she wished the happiness for her sister,tenma..
so she 'gives' harima to tenma..
BUT..........
yakumo is exactly know that her sister liked karasuma A LOT,not harima...
if that so,why dont yakumo 'take' harima on her side,and tenmaxkarasuma??
i am so confused..

What I think and believe about that is...
Yakumo know that Harima love and have alot to offer Tenma than Karasuma so
Yakumo belive that Karasuma is not a guy that see Tenma in a way of love.
And as I see it Karasuma is a kind boring guy so maybe Yakuma thinkgs that Tenma will be more happy with Harima.

Hi!

I just finished watching the 1 season and 5-6 episodes into the 2 season.

I have 2 questions.

First: how many episodes does the School Rumble series exist of?
1 season = 26 episodes?
2 season = 26 episodes?
and 2 OVA's?
is this correct?

Second question: I really like this Anime, it's fun and romantic, but still...does anybody else feel this allso? that my mind is about to explode because the relationships never evolves!?! I really annoys me that they just keep on going and going and going almost without anything happens.
It just really bugs me

Second Answer: That's not a simple question, that's the beginning of a discussion full of personal opinions. If you want a show whose relationships evolve and resolve, then try watching another show. Ask in the Suggestions Forum.

I'm new to this forum but it sure looks more advanced than any i visited before^^ So, the only question that's been buggin' me 'bout this anime - what's the name of the song that's been played on episodes SR1-ep19[at ~20:15min] and in SR2nd Term-ep11[at ~21:20min] I've been searcing it everywhere i could so far but still got no clue, though it sounds much like Enya. Does anyone has an idea 'bout author/name of this song? ^^"
