First of all: I like Aya, Nishino and Satsuki either... I think it's normal: in harem manga all the "girls" have a lot of good points to be loved...
All the 3 of them were a perfect couple for Manaka (in order):
Aya 10 (she is his soulmate)
Satsuki 9 (she is the girl with whom he can be really himself)
Tsukasa 8 (she is the girl that love him greatly, from the beginnig and despite everything)
About Nishino&Shou anyway:
In Chapter 39 you agreed with me, finally: Nishino already know that Aya is first in Utsumi heart (chapter 15) and want only made a final try with Manaka (like Shou with Utsumi at her home after the tennis match).
In Chapter 80 it's true that Manaka is daydreaming, but It doesn't mean nothing expecially: I mean, when you are with a beautifull girl, in the midle of the night all alone, it's perfectly normal for a guy at that age, single, to think about that kind of thing (also Utsumi did something similar whit Shou at their "date" at the tennis match, and going to her home...though Sasuga Kei didn't drew his thoughts)...
About Manaka to "love" more Nishino than Aya, I desagree (in the end it's different of course, and I've liked the thing that, for once, he act without hesitations: if he have done the contrary, after he said "I love you too" and after have sex with her, it would been a really shame for him of course...): it's clear enough when he cry like a baby when he finally say goodbye to Aya... He have never done something like this for Yui or even for poor Satsuki and anyway, when you are really in love with someone, maybe you could feel sorry for rejecting someone, but not feeling so much pain....
Another thing where Shou&Nishino are = is that, it their "do it" adventure, both of them were stopped by a call - Shou by Eri, Nishino by her mother...
And also SPOILER ABOUT GOOD ENDING 102:
Nishino kiss on the cheek of Makata in chapter 125 is draw exactly as the Shou kiss on the cheek of Utsumi in chapter 102

About Ichigo 100% as a romance manga, I give to it a 6/7: it's a good manga, and I like the "light" story, but there is no growth of the characters, expecially Manaka remains the same indecisive child from the beginning almost to the end, and he is force into thing by what happend around him, not last the finally choose for Nishino (he made up his mind when he think that Toujo already have a boyfriend and she is not "available", not early)...

Good Endig is far better for now, although I'll be really annoyed if it ends with a Utsumi&Iketani pair... until now is a 9/9,5 for me... even if it end not like I wish...
About that, the best one I think are "Video Girl AI", "Maison Ikkoku" and "I''s"... (well, I like a lot also "Kimagure Orange Road", but I think is for my age, and I don't think it match what I mean now)... 100% Ichigo is sure more lightly, but I prefer the other (my taste of course)...

I really like Shou too, and I think their would be a really cute&suited couple, and I really like "realistic" story, but... I also think that Anime, Manga, Film, Commedy, etc. are "dreams", and when I watch/read them I really want to dream: speaking so, the real love and romance story here is SeijiXYuki... if Utsumi choose Shou now, because he feel that Yuki is far away from him, it'd means that his love for Yuki was not a "BIG UNSTOPPABLE and REAL LOVE, a love that can go through everything!" but only a "normal" feeling; he would be the same as Keito sempai, running to Shou when he felt unrequited love.
I know that it is a dream, and that picking Shou is a good, quite normal and simple choose, and that they would be happy forever and ever, but it's not "TRUE LOVE" like in dreams, fighting 'till the end for yours feelings... (not to mention that I really feel bad thinking about Kurokawa comming back to Touru -expecially- or Yuki alone, or with another man...)

My girlfriend (she is the one that forced me to read this) want Utsumi x Yuki...(because she want that Utsumi erase her trauma)...

Regarding our ranking order, its your opinion, so I won't dwell on it to long. I find ironic, that you only list "soul-mate" as Aya only good quality. Its true, the story portrayed her as his soul-mate, but that title does not mean anything. I mean, what did she do during the series, that can justify a working a relationship, like the other two heroines? Satsuki on the other hand, can talk casually with Junpei, that I agree, but she lacks depth in her character and meaningful moments with Junpei, to take it to another level. To add further, her quality, can be replicated by Nishino. Now, Nishino is one of the most complicated and developed character in the story. Her present is important in Junpei life, she has aided Junpei through many touch ordeals, which allows him to grow and broaden his perception of the world around him. Not sure, if you understood the concept of the story, but it taught me that "fate" does not decide your life, its you that steer it toward that path. A good example, is Nishino efforts throughout the story, she wanted Junpei to love (100%) only her. Another example, would be Junpei choice during the "Love Sanctuary", even if the fate was decided, he paved his own path to happiness, this shows character growth.

FYI. Junpei throughout the story, he never stated, he loved anyone, he only refer to the heroines as "like", but only during the end, he use "love" with Nishino.

So you believe Junpei would fuck Nishino in chapter 80 and leave it like that? If you remember after the break-up, how much he regreted and wanted another chance? This was his chance to get back with Nishino, I am appuaded, because it was apparent in the "middle arc", that he loved Nishino the most than and only later, when her decision to go to France, would negatively changed his mindset about her. You can read this here, in my old post. Junpei & Nishino consent on having sex that night, is not the entirely the same as Utsumi & Shou. He did not give verbal consent, but his body did, if it would of went through, his feelings for Shou would change for the better, in Shou favor, but like you stated, it was a underhand tactic against Yuki, but it holds true in real life.

Get your facts straight, Junpei did not have sex with anyone in this series. If your referring to chapter 154, it was interrupted by Nishino parents and they were both virgins, condom-less, and not making a sound would be difficult. Believe me, I wish they had sex...

Love is a complicated feeling, it does not have to be directed toward one individual, it could be many for different reasons or levels. During the ending, its just Nishino was loved slightly more than Aya. Later on, Aya goodbye to Junpei, it meant he is losing a friend and a "what if" love partner. Did you understand the concept behind the 2nd break-up for Nishino & Junpei? It wasn't Aya, but she did help make him understand through the notebook (story, she written), that he cannot depend on Nishino or anyone (like Aya in the past) to reach his goal.

Somehow in time skip of 4 years, he has many chances to hook-up with Aya again, but decides to wait for Nishino...

I will agree with you, about Junpei growth as protagonist, it wasn't strong, but it was there, so don't deny it entirely and a good example, that I found on the top of my head by luck, is in chapter 142, when Nishino had just confessed, Junpei lacks the commitment and was hesitating, he acknowledge his flaws, that kept him from going after Nishino, this shows growth. Sadly, I didn't see you list Nishino name anywhere as a developed character, if you don't believe she is, than we are in bad terms.

Bit complex on why your brining up Junpei misunderstanding of Aya "so called boyfriend", the one she caused. Please, go read chapter 143 again, to observe his hysterical reaction, when he found out. Sure, it wasn't as extreme like Amachi, but it was different than what he would react in the past, before he has gotten more imitate with Nishino. Worst off, in the same chapter, Aya give off more misunderstanding and not clearing it up, when she ran out on him. He thought she didn't want to talk to him, because it would cause trouble for her "so called boyfriend", this depressed Junpei, not because of her newfound relationship, but the close friendship between them, meant only that much.

In the past, I had a grudge against Aya, for her last minute confession, but I can understand that her situation, because "Love is War", but she kind of pick the wrong time, when they are already a couple...

Thats it about Ichigo 100%, but before I wait for your reply, don't take offense to my comments, because its difficult for me to reply in a neutral tone, just like you, with your bad English.

She is the one, who wanted to "friend-zone" him, so why is she acting all cuddly at times and giving off mix signals?

Shou personality, is like Utsumi, they both seem to fit perfectly together. She the closest to being well balance and even though, she made a bad decision at the beginning, I would fault her at that. She was not close to Utsumi and it wasn't much of a date and lastly, Kento meant more to her, at that time. Now in the current chapters, I wish to see more depth, like in chapter 101, when she express her feelings about the past and cheered Utsumi up at the same time.

Like you, I have high hopes for GE, to surpass "Ichigo 100%" in story complications, but memorable and melody goes to Ichigo (for me anyways).
