the protagonist in denyuuden, and the antagonist in itsuten, hah.

also, I doubt this is a regularly stocked series in kino. ever since Used Can mentioned the title to me last year when I started denyuuden, I watch the shelves regularly, and never see it really stocked. what you've seen is probably a request order which the guy didn't pick up for 1 to 2 months, and put onto the shelves. you won't be able to get it unless you order from the counter. though with the current state of things, it might take more than the usual month.

Zexcs huh......hmmm....no complaints about their work but yeah.....I hope they produce something nicer than their previous stuff that does justice to source material for once...

eh? Zexcs already butchered three of my favourites, so I've lost faith in them.

At first I was like oh wait it's not the same director that did CSR and DYD, then I realized it's the director that did FA. Rest of the staff are pretty lame too (lol @ the series composition guy doing Zombie and Qwaser, both were also fail imo).

I probably will peek at it when it airs to see how it is but quite frankly I don't care at all anymore. What's even more agonizing is Tokyo Ravens is also in Fujimi Shobo, now I don't wanna see that animated (if ever).

The problem is, there's too much people who want their anticipated material-adapted (manga, light novel, video game, visual novel) anime can't be failed (which means to be faithful to the original material entirely), but that doesn't happen on the latest episodes which considered to be filler episodes.

sorry, don't completely get what you're saying. of course, an adaptation means exactly that, it can't be exactly the same, or filled with every single detail. but there's a difference between adapting and butchering, which mighty Zexcs is good in. And they haven't done any 2nd seasons, and Itsuten is still running.

well, btw, there's going to be an OVA for Itsuten based on ideas collected from fans. Kagami himself will be involved in selecting the ideas and work on the OVA story.

I know...it's just I'm a very easy-going person who is willing to watch as long as it's nice even if it doesn't match source material quality. Nice meaning not utter shit like Eiken or something.....but still when I see how much better Himari and FA could have been....can't help but sigh. Oh well, at least they kept me entertained


Anway....vol 2 and 3 get! <3 Gonna start reading once I finish Hidan no Aria 6...

so it will air this summer. Then I will watch it even though I know the studio who animates it. Still as long as its entertaining I don't care anymore.
