I never once said you were wrong. I am implying that the Orihime fan who came up with this thread (and those reading it) are clearly asking for it, as you all (and I am too) should already be aware of the reasons they hate her by now.

I being a Ichiruki fan have no problem with the-orihime's gonna take ichigo- thing i've said before that her weakness is what irritates me but also is ichihime fans over hyping of her that irritates me as well by implying that shes some kind of heroine of the story or something when in my opinion to be that you actually have to do something besides sit on the side and cheer and say(and this irritates me above all) Kurosaki-kun 50 million times. I liked orihime in the beginning when she first got her abilities hoping that she'd grow stronger but since then she's pretty much stayed the same....sure her healing and defensive abilities have gotten stronger but with someone with as much potential as her she could do so much better

...it's been barely what...6 months? since Ichigo got his powers. There's been stupid amounts of development power-wise, but character wise, I don't expect a lot in what I think should be considered a short amount of time for a person's personality to change/evolve/whatever

I think it's been more than 317 chapters, DjTrizz, and that's where I understand why some people (myself included) have lost some patience for her. I've regained those old feelings for Hime back now that she's backhanded Ulqui twice, and I'm sure there's more in store for her. But in the 317 chapters that KT could have used to develop her character, he managed to whittle it down to " I love Ichigo", and make the more important problems (like her insecurities over her helplessness in not being able to fight with her friends) take a backseat.

I hear news that she'll get to live up to her words soon enough - to fight with her friends side by side, so I'm sure KT will finally let her show us what she's made of. Or else this arc will be a total, flamboyant waste. I'm at least 99.9% sure that she'll do something big.

Neither do i hate Orihime nor Rukia. But what i hate more is why people fight over them like they are candidates for becoming presidents in America. They are just black lines formed by a writer! If Orihime lacks IQ, its all the writers faults for not having such good fantasy.

I also dont like that everything in this anime is so easy to tell before.
The Writer only gives us what our minds want, not something particulary good or extreme.
And what gives a lovesenarium; charm is when the characters fall for someone special. In this case!
Ichigo is just a plain boring character in existance to protect everyone he loves.

I dont like long shounens anyway. Like naruto, bleach and one piece, cant stand them.

Just becouse i read a post on this thread, where this person believes fighting for pride and justice and to protect your friends is a good thing! but in animes, that concept have been used to often.

I don't hate Orihime. I feel so sorry for the girl, I think she needs healing after being held captive by her unrequited feelings for Ichigo for so long, even if her whole unrequited love seems to be the crutch to make her character stronger (in the future).

I think Orihime is just scared of her own power and there is nothing wrong with that, I mean if you could reject things from reality would you not be afraid of doing something you might regret anyway since she is a pacifist she doesn't want to hurt anybody, I'm sure that she wants to fight but she just lacks resolve (kind of like Ichigo before Hichigo, Zangetsu and Kenpanchi knocked some sense into him)

Ooo girl! You should check out the comments on episode 141 on various forums and youtube. But the bursting into tears comment was an over exaggeration.
