I am afraid to say this, but worship is akin to affirming your servant status. Please raise your head up and start looking down.

i'm atheist... and i'd love to respond to many of the posts before mine... but... most forums nowdays are too strict with rules... so i'm afraid to make a big argument out of it.... ^.^;
I've also been christian in the past, greek orthodox(also christian), baptist.. for a few days, and buddhist. If i were to pick a religion other than my own i'd say buddhist, but rather than follow the teachings of buddha find my own 'self' and possibly become a buddha... which is extremely hard... so prolly not.....

I don't think so-called beliefs (religious or otherwise) matter that much. Your feelings and actions prove what you really believe.

I tend to prefer Eastern religions like Hinduism and Sikhism, except for the more dogmatic and institutional aspects though.

Sikhism especially. It's about as profound a religion as you can find. It's interesting how most people have no idea what it is, even though it's one of the major religions.

I've no religion, meaning I can most probably be referred to as an atheist.

Or agnosticism. If you were atheist you'ld strictly believe that there exists no god.

My "religion" if it can be called such a thing would be the GNU license of religion's. Im a freethinker, meaning that I accept change to beliefs as my understanding of reality changes.
If proof of god or some religion came to me in a way I could understand and verfiy , I would have no problems accepting the change.

Where most religious stances are meant to draw the line on what you can believe and what you cant, to be a freethinker means you lack that line entirely and "lean on your own understanding".

...Or you could just call me an insane/somewhat flaky agnostic who is currently leaning towards atheism.

Raised Catholic, but I've been nothing for quite a long time. I guess from what someone else said, I'm Agnostic. Wow! So I actually *am* something! That's craziness. I'm not used to that.

I'm raised Catholic, but honestly I don't care much about religion.
I don't see the sense in all those religious rituals and the belief that there is a higher power out there watching over us.

All I care about is earning money to support my anime needs.
