I was really hoping for Saya to see the kiss between Shizuka and Hirano then step in and show him how it's really done, alas. Not yet. I hope you'll be able to get your girl in the end Hirano, you deserve it for being so awesome!

I really hope someone gifs the section where the police commander shoots himself in the head, I can see so many uses for that on another forum I go on. :P

I liked Saeko and Saya in this episode.... but Shizuka and Rei not so much. If it were me in that situation, I'd be right there with the guys, checking out some new weaponry. They're acting like it's safe, and I kinda resent them for being so cheery when mothers are getting eaten by their kids outside.

And.... did Rei and Shizuka seriously get drunk? Are they that stupid? They're so lucky they have plot protection, because fighting the horde with a hangover probably won't be easy.

And Rei has her death flag waving proudly for that stunt she pulled and a combo of Takashi's 2 speeches. Shizuka and Rei getting drunk were so stupid. Only females acting "normal and smart" so far are Saeko and Saya. I really liked Saeko and Saya in this ep. too.

Kudos for Takashi for stopping the kiss with the drunken idiot.

One of my favourite parts of this episode bar the bath scene was the bits involving the police, it really hit home how hard they actually had it. Like when the first policeman fired the bullet and the commander said they wasn't permitted to use firearms, I mean, what else were they going to do? Zombies were lurching towards them.

The bit with the mother/daughter was quite sad, although weird how all the other zombies ignored her when she was crying out. Also, the bit with the Bulldozers was just genius!

meh i dont drink even in a Very very stressful situation

aslong as there is mountain dew or any form of cola or sweet drinks ill drink it rather than alcohol

Takashi deserves a cheer.

He had to put up with Rei's drunken rant about her ex that he had to kill to protect both of them only to have her make a drunken pass at him at the end. That kiss wouldn't count for anything on so many levels (girl drunk and pining about ex). I would have slapped her instead.

He also had to put up with a drunken Shizuka making another pass at him.

He's prob most interested in Saeko follwed by Saya at this point but Saeko was cooking in the kitchen and Saya was asleep.

Well the episode wasn't as bad as I had feared. In fact it turned out to be rather enjoyable. But I was reminded once again why I have serious issues with Rae.

Hirano rocked this episode as usual but there was a clear lack of Saya. Seems like the next episode will be good as hirono probably gets to use his newfound toys.
