last week i said i prefer the pacing in the madhouse adaptation, and that haven't changed, but now that i consider it through, im not so sure that its the right call in the long term, after all this was a good time to stall(not a fan of that), since if they keep this pace for this arc(or at least the training part) its possible they run out of source material for the anime by the end of this year, wich i hope this doesn't bring the dreaded fillers.

I did notice for a long time (but only when comparing the two animes) that the original anime had more "realistic" face proportions. Whereas in the madhouse and manga, the individual facial features such as the eyes were noticeably larger.

His "preview" in the end of 136 is a common teaser method, and re-introduction in 137 is meant for those who already forgot what it said a week (or more) ago. |

Having seen the old ladies in pink sunglasses who sit in front of the slots for hours, I'm happy with the change - I found those scenes with Killua absolutely hilarious. They absolutely nailed the mannerisms of the slot machine addict.

-EPISODE 67-
NOTE: This week I’m doing an experiment. Instead of using long compilation of images, I decided to try and use gifs instead. Do you prefer this way or what I used to do before? Reply afterwards. And while you’re at it, do you know a good software that sticks the subs to the video in its original format instead of what Format Factory does? Spoiler for Part 1:
---------------- Spoiler for Part 2:
