Not to mention, rather then Ise, I would say that it's his comrades that need some power ups.

After all, Ise has already gained quite a lot of power ups, in a short period of time, which makes me think that his development is going to be delayed a little bit, and the focus will shift to the members that haven't had a lot of time to demonstrate their true powers ... like,for example, Rossweisse, Ravel and Irina

Author sais Ravel aside those other two plus Xenovia are gonna get some development in this arc.

Even in a weakened state, Ophis is still 2 times more powerful then Ddraig ... and since Ise hasn't surpassed Ddraig's level of power yet ... Ophis is still the most powerful member of the Hyodou household.

So, I doubt that she needs a power up any time soon.

Ophis also got alot of development in the previous volumes plus she's a mascot character, as stated by the author, most we can hope for from her is some funny scenes and her training Asia a bit. At least in my opinion.

IIRC, Ophis even in her weakened state is the strongest out of the factions in the DxD world.

IIRC, Ophis even in her weakened state is the strongest out of the factions in the DxD world.

You know if the said vampire has Longinus or extreme skill like previous antagonist boss it's possible beside the author love to surprise us

With the way things are with the vampire civil war, I would think that Rias and the others would more agree to "level the playing field" if any other solutions were not possible. Seems like letting them destroy each other until someone shows some humility and requests to be saved would be the better option now. As things are now, neither side seems to want that, and either letting them fight it out, or someone giving both factions a common enemy to unite against, peace isn't going to be easy to achieve.

And speaking of the walking power upgrade known as Isse, lets name off all the upgrades he's gotten and others have gotten because of him, including ones where he just helped with getting over past traumas. I guess this could become the definitive overview of changes to the characters/group(s) since Isse's arrival, or compared to their initial power levels, so feel free to add to and/or correct the list. Changes could also include adding members to a group, so Sona will be on the list some how. Lets see....

Xenovia's Ex-durandel was I believe around volume 6 or so but double check that she mentions sending it to the church. You can count Irina's Brave Saint powers as an upgrade but other then that nothing.

You could also say that Akeno and Kiba have been promoted into mid class Devils, so soon, because they have met Ise.

Overall, most of the Gremory team, wouldn't reach their current level and most of it's current members, if Rias hadn't made Ise into her servant ... and the reason why, that became possible is all, because of Ise's greed for boobs and other ecchi stuff...

Asia, won't gain any Balance Breaker's ... I don't remember in which volume it was mentioned, but Azazel said that Asia's compatibility with her SG is so good, that even if she obtains a BB, it won't provide her with any useful benefits.

Yeah, I can't guess either. No matter how you look at Asia's Twilight Healing, it is the perfect healing ability. Asia can directly heal anyone by touch, even Ise describe that even talking to Asia has healing affect. She also create an aura of healing power that can heal anyone (her first real ability, downside, she will indiscriminately heal enemies to). Asia new ability is that she can create a bow and arrow and then can shoot healing arrows (2nd ability and eliminates the drawback of her first ability). What else is there for Asia to improve on her Twilight Healing? There is the chance of subspecies to develop.

Ise barely uses Ascalon. It starts off as Ise being a regular human-based devil with Boosted Gear and then he trains it till its peak through his own methods - gaining Triania and Crimson Queen. He has a lot of/unique growth potential that distinguishes him from any other users in the history of Sekiryuutei and his human body is what limits him - think of it as air being compressed into a very small balloon and there is a lot of strain on it. Samuel came in the right time to destroy his weak outer shell and Ise gained a larger container for his ever-growing unique potential.

How do you think will result this:

Ddraig has come-back, so there won't be any downsides to start developing a Dragon-Blaster and Crimson-Blaster with the dragon-slayer ability from Ascalon added, which was suggested by Rias and Kiba…… I'll need a technique which can take down that brutal Dragon

somehow I imagine her like FSN Gilgamesh with many healing arrows apearing from behind her to heal large amounts of people all at once.

Doubtful, Valerie is the recently appointed leader of the Tepes family. While I do believe she is most likely a puppet used by the Tepes Hierarchy, she doesn't fit into the spoilers we've seen. Vali and Azazel both know this new leader of the Khaos Brigade, when the conflict of the Vampire race was alerted to the Gremory group, Azazle just simply remark that it is just an in fighting. When Elmenhilde Galnstein mentioned Valerie as a rouse to force Gasper to enter the war to do their bidding, Azazel just remarked that she was the final Longinus "Holy Grail" not cataloged into the Grigori's information bank. Valerie was still a servant, Half-Breed, thus she was isolated even more than the Pureblood, where in any amount of time would Valerie would be able to serve the arrogant, prideful, and unlikable Purebloods and then have the time to collaborate with the Khaos Brigade.

While I would not go as far to say the Vampire race has no involvement with the Khaos Brigade, I find it is quite far fetch that the new leader is a Vampire. Vali and Azazel already knows and detest the new leader of the Khaos Brigade. This seems to stem from before the Alliance from the Devils, Fallen Angels, and ANgels. It seems that the new leader of the Khaos Brigade is a fallen Angel.

We can narrow down the search if anyone named what fallen Angels been named so far and with another who list the names of high level fallen Angels who have not yet appeared in the series.
