Yeah R.I.P nate dogg, Does anyone know if anyone has done a tribute to him yet? snoop, eminem, game or warren G?

Snoop dogg seems really busy right now doing many songs with mainstream artists same with busta ryhmes. Snoop doing stuff with Far East Movement and Wiz Khalifa. Busta doing stuff with tiesto and Chris brown really quiet intresting music there producing.

Anyway anyone from America who has any intrest in hip hop would know about OFWGKTA(They have been mentioned on page 19 of this thread), if you dont check this song out by one of there members and give some feedback.I find the beat is awesome, and the lyrics are sick, really twisted. See if you can guess what the cockroach means...

I recently discovered that Tyler the Creator is likely a spoiled brat, so I'm conflicted.

Did someone produce facts, or they just speculating?

Maybe he is. I don't really care though. I like a good amount of his music and some things he says are hilarious. The personal lives of many successful artists are chaotic to say the least. Tyler possibly being spoiled pales in comparison.

Yeah, I know where you're coming because I'm usually the same. I usually view music & musicians like I view movies and actors - not to be taken seriously as long as it sounds good. And I don't even care about the horrorcore sucks thing (Gravediggaz and Ill Bill sucks? Lolololol) he said because that's an opinion. But, when you have the type of lyrics he has and he's bragging about this:

Quote:
What can pissing someone off teach you?
I enjoy it because it makes me feel better. I pissed my mom off this morning.
She thought someone hit my car, but really it was me—I lost my radiator cap, so I kicked the fuck out of the car. She took my key.

Why would she take the key if it’s
your car?

She bought it, so that’s her way of discipline. But whatever—I got my boys and we’re always going down the street, so I don’t fucking care.
That's pushing it, even for me. He hasn't hit a high enough status for me to see this and let it slide because he sounds good, like Kanye West. Not Yet.

I'll sit on it for a while.

I get what you're saying.

I think the comment is in line with his and OF's carefree attitude. Even when what he says would make the reader raise an eyebrow, he probably doesn't care.

Why he felt the need to say it is beyond me but eh, whatever.

I know there are some Mos fans here and just wanted to share a song he premiered a few weeks ago. Madlib produced the instrumental as part of his Beat Konducta Vol.5-6...

World Premiere

In the song Yonkers, it sounds like he's trying to get famous by dissing other artists like B.O.B. and Bruno Mars. B.O.B. already responded with a diss of his own.

I'm in love with this AOTP song, Celph is a beast.

Spoiler for AOTP:

Wonderful CD btw. Recommended to anyone who is a fan of producer-driven instrumental projects, and in my top three beside J Dilla's Donuts and DJ Shadow's Endtroducing. . . albums.

Yeah celph titled is sick, Reef the lost cauze is insane too, his flow is really good. Different to other underground rappers I think. I think all of the AotP are sick though in different songs though or in their own albums.

On another note anyone want to name there top 5 most disturbing rap songs? Keeping it inside thread is better as aleast everyone knows there hip hop here I think the songs would need to pass as listenable so good beat, and the rapper or rappers have to be lyrically skilled to your ears and lasty a good flow.
Il start

1.Immortal technique - Dance with the devil
2.Jedi mind tricks ft Ra Rugged Man - Uncommon valor
3.Immortal technique - You never know
4.Vinnie Paz - Same Story
5.Eminem - Stan ft Dido

Hard choice. I will continue if people want me to
