to make it simple, Jiraiya is the best. He is just so odd: He drinks sake, has women and still he is great ninja. Sometimes even in a sec, his attitude changes from hilarious to serious. And he is the frog magician with white hair

It's all about Shikamaru.

I thought that he was going to be this complete tool, but not only is he not a tool, he ends up pulling the most unlikely victories out his ass. The Temari fight is still my favorite in the anime, even with the ending.

I like characters who use their minds, and the underestimated characters who end up being unassuming, yet almost completely badass...of course, you don't find that out until it's too late.

I like the anti-hero/bad ass stereotypes, so my Favorites Characters are:

Itachi: This is one big ass Mother...

Sasuke: This is Itachi but the small version , so how couldn't i like him.

The Third Uchiha with the M.S., which is the biggest mystery of all. Although he hasn't made an apparence yet, i'm pretty sure that he will be equal or more powerful than Itachi

Kakashi: I just like this guy a lot, and by being somehow related to the Uchiha clan.

Orochimaru: The strongests of the Sannin and the most twisted of all.

Neji: He may have change his way of thinking, but he is still one tough cookie.

Gaara: This is Naruto but evil.

Better stop now before i mention the whole cast of Naruto. This is why i like the Naruto series, there are so many characters to like.

Gaara: Somehow the episodes with Gaara are better than without.

Rock Lee definitely.

Sure he is goofy and stupid looking, but it is his attitute that makes him so great. He is dedicated, polite, loyal, friendly, funny, charming, sexy, honest... the list goes on and on. If Lee was a real person, it would take all his taijutsu skills to keep me from attacking him to the ground and forcing him to be the father of my children. ^___^

Mwahahah....fear the crazy Rock Lee fangirl.....

Naruto is my second favourite, for many of the same reasons.

Imo, Tsunade is the strongest by strenght and her healing jutsu. Once she uses Genesis Rebirth she cannot die in a battle. Sure she shortens her life at the progress, but she cannot die on the battlefield. Sure Oro is pretty much immortal with his immortality jutsu but he almost got killed by Sarutobi. And if he didn't flee the Sannin battle his ass would've been whooped up and down from left to right. I don't know about Jiraiya that much. He has powerfull jutsu and it appears that he is good at seals but my eye hasn't caught anything that I could compare with Tsunade and Orochimaru.
They are equal, yeah.

Those five weren't able to kill those two, now that pathetic. One could say that it was one vs five as Orochimaru couldn't use any jutsu.

1. Being a genious doesn't mean that you are the strongest.

2. Yeah Ramen Girl would be hokage if she was ninja good enough to be a hokage. Being twisted is no excuse.

3. We know nothing about the Kazekage, who knows, maybe Tsunade or Jiraiya could have killed him too.
Yes he did make Sarutobi to kill himself, but he paid a terrible price, he lost his arms.
Orochimaru has kinjutsu along with other ninjutsu and genjutsu, kinjutsu alone doesn't make him strong. Yeah but Orochimaru can die, and almost did in the Sannin battle if he didn't flee. Tsunade can't die in a battle, which is better than Orochimaru's immortality jutsu since he can die, and that sucks in battle. His jutsu doesn't make him immortal, he can live forever but he can die. But then again, so can Tsunade but not in battlefield. I guess that being immortal in battle is more important for a ninja than living forever. Yes Tsunade probably dies in her sixties if she uses Genesis Rebirth over and over again, but Oro's "Immortality" jutsu has it's own downsides as well. I think that calling his jutsu "Immortality" is kind of misleading.

One Sannin who was slightly nerfed (Tsunade), one Sannin who was extremely nerfed (Jirayia), one Jounin and one Genin who has about as much chakra as a Sannin versus one extremely nerfed Sannin (Orochimaru) and one Jounin. The same for the Summons, Gamabunta and Katsuyu versus Manda.
You call these fair fights? Get real. It's remarkable how Orochimaru and Kabuto hold their own for some time, even though they were outnumbered 2 : 1. It's even remarkable how they got away. Besides, Tsunade was the by far least nerfed of the Sannin, she didn't really impress me at all, in the beginning, she nearly lost to Kabuto, even before he used the phobia on her.

Apart from that, Orochimaru actually deserves to be the strongest Sannin. While Tsunade gambled and Jirayia hanged out with women, Orochimaru developed jutsu. So he is not only the most talented of them, but he is also the one who trained for the most time. His immortality jutsu may not help him survive wounds, but it does help him to avoid them. After all, one of the advantages, apart from immortality, is youth. Contrary to Jirayia and Tsunade, Orochimaru is in his prime. As for his kinjutsu, remember Edo Tensei, one of the most overpowered jutsu so far. If one opponent can deal with a ninja on Kage level ... let's see if he can deal with five ninja on Kage level as well. Actually, I don't know how anyone could survive this jutsu.

Oh well, that was completeley Offtopic ... anyway, my favorite character is Sasuke, as he has undergone the most character development so far

gaara have a reason to kill people, he get exciment for killing, not good reason, but still i'ts reason

Itachi - only because he mashed up Sasuke
Gaara - the evil-but-with-a-good-heart one
Ton-Ton - my favourite animal now. Makes such a cute noise when it replies
Neji - yes he may be cocky but so is Sasuke. Only difference is that Neji has my permission to be cocky because he is strong.

I like Sasuke best. I can understand his sadness. He's so human, unlike a certain lead character. He doesn't act like the perfect character who always does the right thing, knows how to solve every problem and and can win every fight.
