I think this is the nearest to Natural color
may be you can get some references too from Graphic design club member (they have blue tag under their username)

While other character doll seem scattered around her and crying (including her franken-bunny doll) around here.

the coloring of that pic look very professional and i think it would take months or years to reach that level. there are full of coloring tutorial made by people of that level or better in deviantart but you need a good sense of color and lighting to shade in correct place with correct color too.
