Yae-chan from Yozakura Quartet, best goddess their is period!

While she may not have world altering powas and what not like others, a dual sword wielding nun cosplaying land goddess with a bear fetish totally outdoes the rest

Horo, would probably get my 2nd vote, she's just tooooooo lovely to pass up for anyone else

And for dude god, theres only one Keima-kami-sama!

Madoka is definatly popular right now but i'll go with Ryuk,and I ship RyukXapple

I definatly have my favorite manga godess and at the end of the next fall season she'll be my anime godess.

edit: My official vote is for Guu-sama. I'm pretty sure she has eaten more universes than any of the other so called anime gods have created (suck it Haruhi and Madoka, you're nothing before the might of Guu-sama.
