More Eve no Jikan is always nice. The artwork looks good too.

Then it will become one of those shows that never get a soundtrack. My favourite tracks are usually absent on the soundtrack(*cough* Darker than Black, - the new OST for S1 also didn't have everything , Wolf's Rain, Geass, etc.), but no soundtrack at all is just so much worse! We'll can only hope for a release. I was sure Xam'd's wouldn't get released but thankfully it did. Must have been because of the late tv airing though...

We've all had our fair shares of no soundtrack releases, or certain pieces of music, so i know how you feel. We just have to keep our fingers crossed that it won't happen this time around.

A short trailer has popped up and has a teeny bit of new footage in it towards the end.

Just watched this, really amazing.
I'm already considering buying the movie dvd, but on amazon there are 3 different versions available... 1 is dvd, so I guess it is the standard release. what is the difference between the 2 blu-ray releases? also, is there not going to be a limited edition dvd release? since I don't have a blu-ray player... links for the 3 versions... http://www.amazon.co.jp/%E3%80%8C%E3.../ref=pd_cp_d_2 http://www.amazon.co.jp/Amazon%E9%99.../ref=pd_cp_d_1 http://www.amazon.co.jp/%E3%80%8C%E3.../ref=pd_cp_d_3 also, how do I get that mug in this link that M.Marangio posted 2 posts above? edit: how can I get this mug without living in Japan? http://shaddy.jp/shouhin/106978072.html |

d 2 is blu-ray
d 1 is blu-ray with "tumbler attached" - your mug d 3 is DVD If you don't know enough Japanese to read the product description, what are you going to do with a Japanese movie with no English subtitles? Just curious...

Just watched all the ONA's now, and I have to say, wow, that was truly refreshing. The animation, the music, the storyline, the characters. I can't say it breaks into my favourites but it came very close.

Watched the movie, and the plots are pretty much everything we saw from the ONA.
BUT. Interaction-wise there's quite a bit of stuff added due to the tightly paced interaction, and I certainly enjoyed rewatching the old footage as well. The ED credits sequence also features a slideshow of Nagi's past, something most of us would probably like to know. Stay on for a related after-credit sequence too! The movie's 106 minutes, as compared to the series' 15*5+23= 98 minutes, but somehow the new footage felt longer than that, maybe it's because of me forgetting the old scenes... Nevertheless, a worthy watch I'd say! yeah I'm so biased toward this show, I know... |
