I just finished typesetting ep 01, so it should be out "soon". Karaoke guy lost his inet for 2 days because of a isp change and I was away for two days as well.

Ayu will be releasing our version as well, hopefully in the next couple of days. This looks like a pretty promising series, although I haven't watched the second episode yet (I'm not the t/l for this project

Umm, anyone know anything about the tv series? Thought it was out since the beginning of the month, havent heard a word about this yet. Wonder if there's any group whos gonna pick it up.

Oy. We're working on it and have been. The first episode is one hour long, so it's taking a while. We've got a lot of series for a group our size. ^^;

So, "Honoo no Mirage"'s brand spankin new OVA is out in Japan. Two of three, iirc. It's only available in Chinese subs, and that don't do me and the girls at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/mirage_of_blaze/ a bit of good. So...

Will someone PLEASE pick up this OVA?!

While the AnimeSuki list seems to still have a few gaps in it, the animeondvd list confirms that Mirage of Blaze is licensed by Media Blasters. Even if somebody did fansub it, it wouldn't be listed.

I wanted to throw out the Devilman 80's series, back when he was blue. I've seen a couple and love it. I was just putting that out there. I hope one of you fansub groups has plans or at least thinks about plans for that great series.

All of you fan sub groups are amazing! Keep up the good work. I've been on animesuki for quite a while now and it just keeps getting better and better!

I'm just wondering. I'm trying to watch the raw but it's a bit hard with Mikan speaking in that accent of hers so I'm hoping someone will sub this interesting show.

It's only been about a week since it aired, give them some time. They'd probably let people know if they changed their minds and decided not to do it. Keep in mind that subbing the first episode of a series takes longer since people have to time/typeset songs and choose styles for dialog among other things. Some shows get done really fast due to hype and competition for leechers, but others take a while and usually end up with better quality subs.

Wrong.

The TV series (13 eps) is licensed.

This is a brand new 3 OVA series that started in 2004 and is NOT licensed.
