Since, no one is going to be able to mess with an angry Kamito, especially when his comrades are in danger, even if he has been injured

Although, it's definitely going to be interesting, to see how Kamito is going to deal with this situation.

Personally, I think it's only a temporary loss, since once Kamito regains his memory, which ... most likely is going to occur pretty soon, he is also going to regain his Blade Arts skills - since, I see no reason why he is supposed to lose them, after all ... his current and future opponents, are ... most likely going to keep getting stronger, compared to what Kamito faced in the earlier parts of the story .... so there is no point, in reducing Kamito's power even more - after all, he has probably became slightly weaker, due to losing the contract with Restia.

Terminus Est led to the Demon King's destruction in the past. Is it not possible that they (whoever they are) view Est as destined enemy and simply want her to be eliminated now as to avoid future problems. Especially now that she is at her most vulnerable form. Either by corruption or destruction should be good enough.
