Is the Byakushiki's shield still on during reiraku byakuya?

Yes it is. No shield=IS shutting down.

Except for the fight with Laura. Byakushiki's shield was 0 and it was still fighting

Iie! Nope, it's deactivated, hence Byakushiki's vulnerability to physical attack.

Correction: Laura was the one doesn't have shield point after being soundly violated by Charu. But VT system forcibly reactivate it, and thus the lack of energy barrier.

ByakuShiki diappear after IChika's defeat by VT system, Charl has to recharge the energy for Ichika to use Yukihira~
