Oh ok thanks. Is it going to be released on dvd or at the theaters in japan.

Japanese theaters, so it's going to be some time afterwards for the subs to be released.

Of course it's also entirely possible FUNimation might decide to dub this one too.

Hey people, I'm looking for information on a blog post I'm writing. I'm talking about a comparison and difference in US comic battles and Japanese manga. I'm using One Piece as part of my example. As part of this article I'm writing I'm going to be citing how we get much more drama and action from manga, because the battles are drawn out, while US comics whole fights happen in a single issue. I'm using the One Piece CP-9/Enis Lobby story arc as my example.

I'm having trouble finding the information that I need. I'm looking for the release days of certain One Piece chapters, but the best I've been able to find are the year released or the month on sites like wikipedia. I'm looking for detailed information as to the week, since the series is released in Shonen Jump's weekly magazine.

If someone can point me toward a website that has this information or happens to know the weeks for these chapters it would really helpful. I'm looking for the week, month, and year.

I appreciate the attempt, but the site you sent me a link to didn't have the release dates of those chapters. It was just the chapters.

This is volume release dates, they are more like offical releases. Hope it helps

Thanks, but I already found those. Wikipedia only shows the release dates for the Volumes.
I need the individual chapters release dates. I need to show how much time passed between these chapters and compare it to US comics.

At the very least I just need the release dates week/month/year of:
Ch. 343 (CP-9 Exposed)
Ch. 398 (Battle Starts to save Robin)
Ch. 408 (Luffy catches up to Rob Lucci)
Ch. 418 (Luffy and Lucci's real battle starts)
Ch. 427 (Luffy beats Lucci)
Ch. 429 (Crew Escapes)

I've been able to find the year of the chapters, but it even knowing just the month would help.

Who would of thought finding such basic information would be so hard to find online?

I think information for such dates are out there but I guess that 90% of sites who has such info are japanese...

Even if I could find a Japanese site it might help. I can read enough Japanese to know what I'm basically looking for. Thankfully, my browser supports kanji and other Japanese characters.

EDIT:
I think I might of found the information I was looking for on this site. I just used the postings for each of the chapters in the older threads and calculated backward since many of the posts were post release. I don't know how accurate it all is, but it's far better then I used to have.
