@kagomex, that description only applies if you successfully reserve a code. In your case, your IP seems to have fallen victim to the numerous pitfalls out there stopping people from getting codes. I don't have as much experience in deciphering error codes, but either your IP range is banned or your internet setup happens to be using a proxy which is also disallowed. I know many people in the West had to give up on voting because they couldn't get their code one way or another.

I don't think Mako-chan will be able to make it,but if "she" really can make it,then i'm gonna lol`ing whole night while celebrating "her" amazing victory xD

Qtip, there is a 'catch-all-net' period of nominations in a few days' time, where you can vote for any girl from any series - in case the main nominations missed out on any.

took ages to get a code, not even mine, had to get a friend to do it. it still doesn't seem to like my IP. anyway, finally chucked in my vote

shame i ended up voting the ones no one else voted, except konata.

a bit of slowpoke.jpg, but i'm glad to see my top picks (Hina, Yuno and Amu) placing high on their respective groups. (would have cast a vote or two for them if my IP allowed me to). I believe even the nomination stage provides a good glimpse on who are the ones to watch out for this year's Saimoe.

Though I swear I remember a character from somewhere who got drunk over orange juice...I think that is the worse

i've been looking at the results for a while, since i didnt get to yesterday and the day before... and wtf?
"サ" column <- WTF is is up witht the clannad force...
"ハ" column <- and hayate is plastered all over the place as well.

at least maria-san is in... no wait, she beat everyone else in her series

lets hope she does better this year and doesn't get shafted by getting a tough match right away in round 1 like last year.

But yeah... not sure on Mako-chan's attempted loophole. It's less convincing than Jun's "magically turned into a girl for the day".

Ranka will get far on Macross fanboy/girl power alone.
I doubt she'll be able to really compete, though.

But yeah, I don't need to nominate anyone if Mako-chan and Hermione are up to be judged for entrance.

Ranka is more of a cannon fodder in anything so I will be surprised if she makes it into the later rounds. But I don't really know how big the Macross fanbase is so...

Eh, last I checked (that one thread), Macross F had a higher viewership than Code Geass R2.

So yeah, it's quite popular.
I personally don't really find her that moe, and it's not just because of the character designs.
