-Index actually appears on the cover

Heh, despite not being able to meet Touma in the last NT, Index sure looks cheerful.

I guess she's too used to Touma suddenly disappearing from home every now and then.

Also, I feel like making a "B*****s don't know about my Bardways" caption somewhere.
