Okay, here's a problem that took me much too long for being, I believe, assigned as a special problem to a fifth grade class.

ABCDE x 4 = EDCBA

Find the values of each letter.

Well I suck at explaining things, that's why I refuse to tutor even basic math even though I could use the money.

Anyways, here's a simple one one: OTTFFSSEN_ What should be the next letter in this list that replaces the underscore? (Hint: it's a common thing to have kids do (or at least, I think it is))

Spoiler for answer:

First, the easiest question: 5.
a) is absolutely not valid. its answer means that question 5 is the last one getting a consonant, this is then impossible.
In such logic, you cannot choose b) c) d) for that issue. Therefore, its solid answer must be e) which is question 3.
question 4 must be either a) or e) because of question 5. It can be left for later

question 3 must be a consonant, so either b) c) d).
However, let's have a look on question 2 before: because of question 5, question 2 cannot be a), because question 3 cannot be a).
Also, it is impossible for this question to be either d) or e) because there isn't any more letter after e) in this quiz. Therefore, the answer for 2 has to be b) which is 1 apart.
