First chapter of the manga version can be read here. Some of the scenes from the Prolog Trailer are comicalized.
I'm guessing my copy of this month Comic Alive will arrive late because of Chinese New Year. And Happy Chinese New Year to everyone who are celebrating it.

Not sure what is happening in that manga, but it seems like a typical story arc. Start off with some piracy. Head back to school. Have the yacht club give exposition into the possible objective for the story arc. Head back out to do some piracy.

I notice how VA radio shows usually have LOTS of talk about FOOD. I have been following iM@S radios for a while now and I think it might be a Imai thing, but there's always content about what they ate. Yui Horie's Angel Eggs tend to wander into desserts, and then the Captain decides to start off something about peanuts?
Is this Mikako's radio show? How long has it been running? EDIT: The rock transition reminds me of TWO-MIX's Last Expression. It's even kinda techno! Perfect for a slow cruise, then spinning up the FTL.

^It is her radio show and has been running for 175 weeks :P.
Oh, and the second chapter of the manga can be found on the internet (not from the Media Factory blog). It pretty much covers the prolog from the introduction page.
