Can't say I know the truth of those rumors either way though.
They said that about Horizon and look what happened. It's not impossible. (I'd like to see it...)

The main issue a lot of people see with Zaregoto though is just how unreliable a narrator the mc is.... I see a lot of Zaregoto fans mentioning this as why an anime wouldn't work, others disagree.

They can always cut out the narration and put visual scenes instead. But that is just me. I am one of those that disagree about Zaregoto being hard to adapt into anime after all.

Same goes to Koimonogatari.
Well, the anime production stuff could just change the stuff to the story to make it fit, as long as they do not change the main idea.

Shaft have been good in terms of following the novel. (ie not changing the dialog and merely cutting stuff here and there.

The way his narration is done in Zaregoto 02 isn't that hard to animate... it's more that murder mysteries work poorly spread over several episodes, and that much of the violence and death would have to be censored for television, neutering the impact of many scenes.
Films would probably be the best option...

Nothing big happened. She just shut herself like she always did and she visited Araragi's once.

Owari up is on sale on bookstores today here. I took a quick look (buying it next week) on the illustrations inside and I thank god Sodachi has no dead eyes like Ougi this time. IIRC she looks like long-haired kanbaru but with bangs split in two like yotsugi. I'll be looking forward for the spoilers this time

EDIT: Someone already uploaded it on twitter. Spoilers ahead.

Here is hoping those changes aren't just cosmetic. Seconded on the prettiness.

Oh hey, Tiger hair Hanekawa by Vofan.
I hope the artbook they've promised is still in the works and the holdup is that not all novels are out yet.

Is her hemline now trying to catch up with the brevity of her hairline as well?
