The fillers are ok, I guess but the manga is so far ahead that at the current rate of things, it'll be another 4 years before the anime reaches the point we are in the manga today. And thats assuming they stopped right now with the fillers. The good thing about the fillers though is that characters like shino and rock lee get more facetime.

Question! About the use of the Kyuubi's Chakra
Ok i gotta question, and sorry if it has been asked before:
Forest of Death Orochimaru fights Naruto and seals his 4 season seal..which makes it unable for Naruto to use kyuubi chakra. This also messed up his chakra system.. Training under Jiraiya Jiraiya noticed the 5 seal on the 4th's seal on Naruto's belly. And disspell it. Naruto's chakra system is ok again and Naruto is able to stand on water with ease. Chuunin Exam Orochimaru (Kazekage) watches Naruto use the Kyuubi Chakra vs Neji and not only Orochimaru but everyone in the area must've noticed...This Chakra is Red...and his Tenketsu's were closed: Like Tenten or Neji said...it wasnt possible. Sannin Battle Jiraiya is handicapped and wants to summong (a huge frog...probably not Gamabunta right away) anyway because of Tsunade's poison this fails. Naruto becomes angry because they make a fool out of Jiraiya...and tries to summon (here it comes!..) [ANBU-AonE..Anime...literaly] Orochimaru says: "That Nine-tails kid from the Chuunin exam. Maybe i should've killed him then. Well, I sealed the power within him and let him go. But the only ones able to unseal it... Are the Sannin and the 3rd Hokage. Kabuto: "Does this mean that Jiraiya-sama has done something to Naruto-kun?" Orochimaru: "It would seem so." "That is, if Naruto is able to use the power of the Nine-Tails" [Naruto messed up] Orochimaru: "It doesnt look like it" ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now how can they talk about that? Naruto obviously used the 9tails Chakra during the Exam...both of them were there to witness it. Can someone explain this? A plothole? Wrong translation?

To be honest with you, I think this has nothing to do with anything, not really a plot hole, whats going on here, is just orochimaru and kabuto discussing the possibility of one of the 3 sannins or the 3rd undoing the 5 part seal that he did on naruto, obviously they both noticed it back at the chunin exam but here all they are doing is discussing over it with each other something that they both noticed/witnessed before. Also theres some translation mistakes in your post, Orochimaru never mentions that he did a 5 part seal and let him go Quote:
