Makoto Kawai's Koufuku Graffiti manga, serialized in Manga Time Kirara Miracle (which also currently serializes Sakura Trick) gets a TV anime!

Brief Summary:

Ryou is a junior high school girl that has lost her grandmother. She is lonely, and sad that the food she cooks for herself always tastes so bad. Things start to change when one of her distant relative - a girl named Kirin starts living at her house in the weekends.

I knew this was next. Slice of life food manga where cute girls eat and get along with each other. In the hands of a good staff this will be awesome, and it just so happens both this and Sakura Trick are my favorite 4-Koma manga at the moment. What a great year! Oh, and since this is a food manga, expect eating faces and absurd commentary while eating and making said eating faces.

That was a good first episode. The characters were sweet and likeable and the food looked nice. The OP had nice visuals and comfy music. I can't wait for the third main girl to get more screen time.
Looking forward for more episodes.

Surprisingly pleasant show. Judging from the premise I was expected to be bored at some point, but it held my attention for the entire episode lol.

The sound Kirin makes whenever she walks is amazing. Her meat roll bag is amazing. Ryo's suggestive eating mannerism is amazing. And it's all so fluffily happy. I'm sold.

Ryou would definitely fit between the chsracters of shokugeki no soma, but just because of her way to eat

As for the episode, Spoiler: I thought it was quite cute. I have to say that Kirin is my favorite so far. The series also portrayed the food gimmick in a delicious and may I add, fabulous way. The sleepover was cute too with charming moments. There's not many head tilts but Shaft so far is on the right track with this imo. __________________
