That's probably because of the dream sequence, during which Nodoka has twin-tails. At least for me, that's the scene where I had my most attention on Nodoka (for the scene after the credits, I focused more on Saki and Tacos).

As for what I think of the single sidetail (after re-watching that after-credits scene again), I don't know. I love Nodoka's twin-tails look, but Nodoka would probably look good with almost any hair style. The one thing I probably would hate is her cutting it really short, to be about the same length as Saki's hair. Unless she did it for romantic reasons... then I might be entirely cool with it.

Short sleeves? Hard to get that into my head after getting so used to them having long sleeves. Blame the weather!

Glad someone else likes Taco's cape. And i think Nodoka should get a longer skirt but its not happening with her or Yuuki because of Ritz's love for fan service.

You do know how the cliche works, right? She'd only do that if Saki breaks up with her or if someone else NTRs Saki away. Do you really want to see that?

I just thought that if Nodoka cut her hair a certain way to appeal to Saki or be more like Saki, that might be cute (think of ponytail Haruhi Suzumiya). I never thought such a thing would require NTRing.

Doesn't always have to end like that, but it happens. Anyway, yeah, in anime, haircut = broken heart (technically, it's supposed to mean "moving on", but that term is often used in romance, and with so much anime involving love, yeah...). Unless you're Nisio Isin, then you're just doing it to troll the hell out of your audience.

I've noticed it tends to happen more on galges (see da capo II), but it's a fairly well known cliche.

Remember how some people look at live stream... I wonder where in this episode did the stream crash.

(Hint is easy but I will use some reference to make it not really obvious but still can guess: Toki's Innovator power went beserk, which cause the unstable Twin Drive system in her own body to "overload and malfunction", causing her to faint. After that she did something which cause the stream to crash.(This is not really obvious...)

Seems like....

Spoiler for Mom: We know that Saki, Teru, mom, and pop used to play mahjong together all the time, and the family would get upset if Saki wins too much. That means that the mom is probably very high calibur as well to be playing with these monsters. Eventually, mom and Teru moved to Tokyo. Could it be that Teru's/Saki's mom is a professional mahjong player? __________________
