As for the Daiheisai arc, the sole Kongou-centric doujinshi I know of focusses on that time period, and has already been posted in this thread before. I hope others follow the artist Okara's example soon:

(I'm personally surprised the doujin artists didn't already take notice of Kongou during the Railgun anime's first season's swimsuit episode, or when she was attacked by a love-potion-intoxicated Ekaterina during one of the OVAs. A sheer pity.)

It's certainly possible, with the right set-up. Just ask Saki Hasemi, the writer of the To Love-ru manga--the story has added heroines to the main character's harem over the years.

Still, I'd prefer that additional "Touma haremettes" be added solely by doujin artists. The official harem has grown too large, and quite a few (such as Himegami Aisa, Misaka Imouto, Orsula Aquinas, Itsuwa, etc.) seem to have dropped out of the running. It would be better for Kamachi-sensei to resolve the harem as it exists now rather than keep adding to it.

But yes, more screentime for Kongou would be great all-around.

i do want more screen time for them but I don't think this was a harem in the first place

himegami aisa, orsola aquinas and her sisters, itsuwa, misaka imouto, another arc getting them involved ? combining them would be highly unlikely
