Figures that the only thing to stop my current Kim Possible craze for the past few days would be Suzumiya Haruhi herself, even if it's only a spinoff. Man, I'm such a haruhi-tard lol.

Anyways, I actually loved the entire skit. Never let imouto get mad lol, and the dream sequence was just golden. Loved the OP as well, but I think that's just my bias speaking hehehehe.

Churuya-san... not so much. She's moe and cute and all, but for me, that's the only thing going for her. Then again, I think that was the entire point lol.

The Haruhi-chan episode was classic. It actually felt just like the original with the humor intact, just with a different drawing style.

Churuya-san got a little annoying with the Lucky Star-like moe-explosion, and the original comics themselves were only mildly funny, but it was still alright in the end.

Aah so here goes the discusssion for Haruhi-chan and Nyoron Churuya-san

I liked the Haruhi-chan, though the Nyoron Churuya-san was really REALLY IMO silly too silly for me in fact I kind of wished I could take those minutes back lol

Another thing I found a pitty is that they used 3D for the characters instead of 2D, it just makes things look weird .. but then again 2D would be more expensive

in this case ofc

The opening for the Haruhi-chan was awesome XD whahahaha

Does anyone know when new episodes will be made available? Will they be posted weekly/bi-weekly/monthly/whenever-the-fuck-they-feel-like-it?

The ad says "updated whenever (Haruhi) feels like it". However, I would hope that we could expect at least one new episode per month.

We should start a betting pool on the average length of time between episodes for the first 5 or so episodes. Kadokawa being Kadokawa, we'd probably have a huge pool by the time we even reach that many.

Episode two: Those are some adorable headphones, and i love the RADICAL BIG FOUR.

The Kyon one was a bit funny, mainly because of Yuki's alternate form in the dream. Haruhi was funny for her cameo. Needs less Kyon and more Haruhi as usual....as always. *sigh*

Churuya...kind of funny. But myself and my anime associates are still trying to figure out what the deal was with the smoked cheese. Is there some hidden meaning/symbolism behind it? Because that was the comment on eveyrone's lsit after we watched it at the club tonight.

Kadokawa - they love to jerk people around big time, don't they? Nice boat indeed...

EDIT: Okay, someone explain to me the "Big Four + Top three".

I was half-expecting "Is it interesting? Unique." lines from Kyon/Yuki but whatever.

EDIT2: Nyoron Churuya-san Ep 02 was better this time round.

Big four = Four Heavenly Kings. It's a Buddhist concept, but the Japanese quite often use the name as a base for groups of antagonists in fiction.

Top three refers to a Triumvirate. This is also popular in fiction, organisations may be lead or controlled by 3 individuals.

Correction, it's Ashakura. She's just as adorable as Churuya-san if not more adorable, and she has a crush on Kyon, though to her dismay, Churuya-san's hogging him most of the time.
