Im curious, how can you watch shows from Japan in the US, is it by satellite?

Also if possible how is it possible to watch raw files? or obtain em?

Just curious..

1) there are japanese TV stations available through "extended" services like Digital Cable and satellite
2) Raws are "ripped" from japanese TV, in Japan, and posted on a site

Do u know any sites that i can obtain raws? i would like to watch it =)
