To answer your question Omega, I really don't know where you could have inserted that. Given the structure of the time-stop scene. The rhythmic ticking kinda makes doing that pretty hard since it would lose the abruptness necessary to make that meme work correctly.

I'd say do that meme next time Touma decides to stop time for the fuck of it. I'm sure you were going to have that happen again at some point anyway, so it can wait.

Now, I have a question for all of you.

What should I do for the holidays; story wise? Should I just continue to update Darkness Project our should I go for a Three(possibly Four)-Shot story for our three protagonists during the Christmas season?

I already have some ideas for the latter, but I don't really want to try juggling between two different works during that time.

The next time TA(To Ascend for short)!Touma stops time, eh?

I'm going to make sure that Tsuchimikado (or another appropriate Tsukkomi character) is nearby to have a mental breakdown at what he's doing.

Can't have ridiculous reality distorting antics without the guys who freaks out and makes it even more hilarious, can we?

I suggest that you make the three/four-shot. It would be a year before we'd get another one...

I'd say go for it in terms of having Motoharu around. Though I'd suggest having someone serious around (ex. Accel) to call out Touma out using a meme.

As for your opinion...good point; it would be a year before I get the chance to write something like this.
