must be exclusively for Cartoon Network Asia.
I did a quick search on the anime version and it says powerpuff Z (for english dub) was aired in the Philippines.

They show anime on Saturday nights and Sunday morning from 11:00pm to 5:00am. Then you have to wait a week...

I used to watch it a lot when I was a kid
I even remember seeing the pilot episode on Cartoon Network ages ago where Fuzzy made a meat cannon that changes everything in meat, he hit Bubbles pigtail which became a chicken leg and she then kicked his ass rofl

My parents and sister always thought that PPG was too violent and that I shouldn't be watching it

I stopped watching it when some idiot decided to dub every cartoon network show to Dutch, man that sucked and sometime later CN was taken off the standard cable..
last time I saw it was last year when the cable people made a mistake and we had CN for one day, the English CN not the crappy dutch one

It was fun watching it as a silly cartoon. When it was made into an anime, it sucked ass.

I still cheer for Mojo Jojo! Mojo Jojo is awesome! He is awesome in every way. He would have made the best President of the World ever because of his awesomeness. He is the best after all. I mean, didn't they show that once or something? That's right they did. And he was great there. He was great most of the time of course. I love Mojo Jojo. Actually, I love the show.

Whoa, John's here, too? Are you, like, everywhere, dude!? But yeah, love this show. Surprising I still haven't gone out and bought the DVDs. XD

[looks over at entire Collector's Edition DVD set of anime he spent a year and over $500 buying]

Yep, I liked the Powerpuff Girls, but I will admit that I was a Dexter's Lab & Johnny Bravo fan over the Powerpuff Girls.

Haven't seen the anime remake yet. I honestly haven't heard that much good things about it, dubbed or subbed, so I have no motivation to watch. I know the dub was criticized for not bringing back the original English VAs.

One of the awesome shows from my childhood, definitely. All of those old Cartoon Network shows were awesome actually, especially Dexter's Lab.

Ahah, I'm afraid I was one of the little boys who was all, "Ew what a girly show." I might actually enjoy it more now. I did watch it here and there, though, and I remember watching the movie. My memory isn't all that great but it was fun enough of a cartoon.

I dunno if we even get CN anymore, and I if we do I don't think they show PPG anymore. Or any of my other "childhood cartoons," like Dexter's Lab (loved that show) and whatnot... gosh my memory's fading, can't recall any other shows...

I think they still air them on Boomerang, the CN channel for their older series.

We definitely don't get that one though. Shame. I'd rather my sister watch some true classics rather than whatever new tween sensation they're marketing on Disney Channel nowadays.

Shush, TV was better when we were kids and there can be no argument about it. D:<

For me, I always remember original PPG for the good ole times, if I remember the Cartoon, Cartoon hour was PPG, Ed, Edd, and Eddy, Johnny Bravo, Dexter's Labortary, Cow and Chicken, Billy and Mandy, I am Weasel, KND, and Courage the Cowardly Dog. Those where the good ole days.
