CH2 is great, apart from the shower scene & the cameo/comedy and adorability of the (female) characters, I (also) loved the flashback, its quite a heartwarming moment.
Now I'm quite curious what Chise had decided that her new club is aiming for...

This manga does a good job at making me like all of the characters. The ecchi isn't overblown and the art is really good. I like these kinds of simple developments as well.
Nozomi is ridiculously cute. I can't wait for a chapter dedicated to her. Fumino's cute too; the violence is offset by the main character being really understanding. |

For me theres something about this series so far thats quite endearing I guess.
While it's only been 3 monthly chapters which is about 7 chapters in weekly sense and also being rather cliche in it's ways I don't actually dislike anything about it. Characters and story are a pleasant joy to read. If any sorta problem came up I'd think it would be small stuff that would be smoothed over by Yabuki-sensei style gotta say tho I find Chise absolutely and utterly adorable, if she was my wee sis, I know for sure I'd be a over-bearing, over-protective sis-con brother

I warmed up to Chise this chapter, and the moe moment she had at the end probably eclipsed the others.
On the other hand, sometimes Fumino goes out of her way to be closeminded toward others, and that can be slightly annoying, but not enough to stop liking her. Omg more Nozomi. Shes the favorite of the series to me, and i will enjoy any developement with her. And Im still pulling for the ending where everyone gets emotionally attached to each other and tthey all end up winning in the relationship department. Seto Hayanomi is a really good example of what im talking about that i mentiooned in page 2. It seems that Nozomi is the cog in this series that connects everyone and drives the series. Thats just my opinion though. |

You know I forgot to metion, what Triangle in SNH?
Only 2 girls were in the competition for him. Incho - Left out (and thought of as a lesbian) Mawari - Probably will end up with the whale Akeno - Not even in the running.

SNH? I mean the main guys relationship with Luna and Sun. As of the scanalated releases, they both ended up with the protagonist and also seem to be good friends that care about each other, and he has confessed affection toward both of them. EDIT: Also, two girls do constitute a triangle lol, but it isnt a harem triangle like it could be. There also doesnt seem to be "competition" over him anymore now that a few things got resolved, so I guess it isnt even a triangle anymore.
As for others? Unless something happens then yea, no shot. But anyway Id be happiest with that in this manga over some open ending or only a single girl being chosen. Last edited by alu546; 2010-03-22 at 22:16. |

Ow i forgot to ask . Something bother me , we are just with 3 chapters on the manga and the anime will come soon so I assume that they'll use the Light Novels materials right ? and then the anime will be more far away than the manga . If Anime = Weekly , Manga = Monthly .

To tell the truth ZnT manga not only follows the plot not so well but the artwork is really the worst from all the manga's you mentioned and one of the worst I have seen (it is not bad by itself but it completely doesn't suit ZnT - they look not like teenagers but like 6-8 year old kids). Haruhi artwork isnt all that impressive too.
Now Toradora and Shana is much tougher call. Toradora's problem is that the mangka so rarely draws serious faces of characters that its hard to feel any romantic attraction. Shana I think is the best done - has suiting artwork and does pretty well adapting the plot. The problem I have with Mayoi is that Yabuki brings in too much of old characters for those short one panel comebacks... It was fun at first but now it is just getting annoyingly repetitive. Heck in most of Mayoi threads you see pages discussing the comebacks and almsot nothing about actual plot and characters... |
