Samon got played really bad there by Yoshino. He didn't need to "prove" he could get Hakaze out; he just needed to find a plausible theory to show there wasn't time-travel. Thus, Samon gives up much of the game, thinking he'd been found out. Ah, the double layered rhetorical play. Great job, Yoshino.

And Hakaze has a nice ass, but I think we knew that already.

Talking about Samon and firing the talisman, the talisman should be fired on the tree of exodus (destroying it?), that would cause the tree of genesis to be awaken and consequently the need to take Hakaze back. So in the end, the fact that she had to be taken back if that would happen, doesn't mean that Hakaze route is not the right one? Or at least this should raise some doubt.

Well, yes and not, because if Natsumura is the strongest it is even true that the blond guy overpowered him w/o attacking him (ok, we could debate that he was "just" defending himself back then, but still the difference was so evident), so I'm wondering if Samon is really "not strong" or he is just holding back. But anyways I also said that it would be risky. It was more a way to say how his behavior fit better the "theatrical atmosphere" I was talking about.

I think it's just a faulty scaling since Yoshino is drawn and the skeleton is CG IIRC.

I remember after reading this part in the manga I thought that Yoshino really fits being Aika's boyfriend and viceversa. Despite being a Yoshino fangirl, can any girl handle such type of boy? Someone as weird as Aika really fits with Yoshino in my opinion.

His faces in the anime are priceless. The whole anime is worth it just for these episodes with Samon

But still I'm not going to forgive them for not making Evangeline kick Natsumura's ass (he only won because he used full power and Evangeline was running out of talismans).

Not anymore, the BD/DVDs have been delayed by a month. Volume 1 comes out on the 23rd of January now.

Yoshino for Prime Minister? Considering that Aika has already mentioned that he can lie out of his ass without anyone knowing, and this episode proves that he can be believable while he's at it... man, Yoshino has what it takes to be the perfect politician.

I'm a bit surprised Yoshino was the one hellbent on saving Hakaze.
Mahiro didn't care much about anything except revenge.
So Yoshino figured out Samon's plan for the princess.
Guess Samon found himself interesting opposition.
Now all they need is a way to cross time.
That would solve a whole bunch of their problems.
