But really, the Knox Decalogue is just a way of keeping things fair, stating what should already be fairly obvious to Mystery readers and writers. Every single rule (chinamen excepted) is just a specific version of the more general "We cannot reason about that which we do not know." Van Dine is similar, although it also targets Mystery cliches in addition to the obvious puzzle-breaking inconsistencies. |

However, on my current monitor it doesnt work that way and stays widescreen stretched. I remember there was some trick you could use with custom resolution in the nvidia panel but ofc you need to know the exact resolutions for the program to configure that. |

Alternatively, see if your monitor has adjustment settings while in fullscreen 640x480 mode. For some widescreen monitors, switching to very low resolutions not anticipated as being used cause bad configurations of the screen dimensions and don't auto-adjust properly. If the monitor menu has an "Auto Adjust" option, try that while in 640x480 and see if the screen fixes itself.

Quick update on patch progress. The first EP7 patch with the first 4 chapters will be finished soon, but we're a bit short on editors at the moment (people have college and stuff). One or two more people might speed things up a little for us.

i would gladly help, but i fear that my skills in Written Japanese are too poor.
If you can go deep in details about what tasks you need to be accomplished by an editor, i can enroll and help if i can be of any use. I got lots of free time. |
