Think he was smirking because Oga and Baby Beel is at a power level the Solomon Company wants. Thus, after this, instead of worrying about the other 7 deadly sins, they will go after Baby Beel because at that level he appears to be stronger than the 7.

Oga parted ways with Baby Beel because of the situation. ITs not just about Madam Iris, it is about Baby Beel's father in the Underworld. They said that his reign will be over very soon, thus Oga parted ways for Baby Beel to protect his family.

TT__TT That was quite touching. Beel calling Oga dada. Whiile Oga tries to not shed any tears. Johan should have been injured quite a bit given he was on their barrier for quite a while.

Even though I know it won't be for long, the separation was heartbreaking. Oga is more of a father to Beel than his real father will ever be.

No, it means that the manga has hit a serious phase in the story. Its not about the human world anymore, it has extended towards the Underworld.

Yeah, so from what I gathered from chapter 232, the jest of what the Solomon plan is to force a civil war of two of the strongest Demons. I predict that they plan to kill however is the winner after the battle once either Satan or Beelzebub is weaken.

Oga, is now figuring out his relationship with Baby Beel. He knows that he is not Baby Beel's biological father and he is the surrogate father but loves him like a real father would. However, this is definitely not the end of their relationship. They will be back together sooner or later in this arc.
