Well, I'm now up to Chapter 5 (second time around), and it's as you guys say. Easy A ranks because you can pretty much run straight to objectives without worrying about intercepting fire.

Chapter 7 might become interesting though, with better characters and weapons to take on Batomys.

Yeah that's true. At least this time i could follow up on my plan for my first play around, and not be scared half to death everytime the Batomy's moved.

Looks like Hitler knows his stuff... but are there actually people who bought a PS3 just for VC?

Anyway, these parodies are always funny. (Even though I have to put the volume down so I can't hear what he's really saying.

I had the PS3 before VC. Reason was mostly the integrated blu ray player. VC is just a game in my collection of anime style games, which I collect mostly and because it's RPG based.

I bought my PS3 for VC too (otherwise I'd almost certainly have gone for an X360), and if I buy a PSP it'll be because of VC2.

I buy new systems when I have at least three games I really really want out for them. VC happened to be game number three.

I bought VC in April and I still don't have a PS3, but I'll be getting one soon. So I'll be one of those people

Didn't expect so many.

A few of my friends have only just bought a PS3 since they were waiting until enough games they liked were out for it... so I just assumed only very few people actually buy entire new systems to play one game.

Well, surely there's other good exclusive games to make use out of your investment if not another VC game.

Well, he beat me. I only bought mine in July.

Still waiting for the prices to drop a little more where I live (currently, it's going for about a thousand US dollars, give or take a few cents), so I can finally play the damn thing (as well as MGS4).

I got my PS3 when they finally cut it to under $300 US. Because there was no way in hell I was paying any more than that for one. VC was one of the reasons I got the PS3, but Disgaea 3 was another one. (And since Fallout 3 was available for cheap, and I have an HDMI monitor... I figured why the hell not?) So it met the 3 game minimum for purchase.

Although now that I've been playing Fallout for a while, I kind of wish I had gotten it on the PC... >_>a I miss the mouse control.

VC wasn't the sole reason, but without it, I probably would have waited for another game to come out.... whenever that will be.

Well, seeing as my third must-have game is coming out at the end of the year/early 2010, I'm all set. Now, if only the prices reflected the drops around the main markets, I'd be golden.
