A pretty solid plan by Durandal. Going up against Aria would be a pain, but up against E-Rank Kinji it wouldn't be too hard to sneak off with Shirayuki. Even if he catches up without Hysteria Mode he's not even a challenge. The phone call worked perfectly since everyone behaved as planned. Hard for Kinji to claim much of a misunderstanding since the truth sounds bad too. "Oh Shirayuki walked in on me and decided to strip....." Plus Kinji never took this mission seriously. Sure he went along with the obligation of it, but he took the minimal effort to guard and in the end left her alone a few times.

Too bad that Kinji couldn't get into Shirayuki's head a little. She wouldn't tell him about the message for numerous reasons. For one the protected in this case cares more about her bodyguards safety than her own and also reporting about the message might drag Aria back into it who is her perceived rival. Really the guy had a bad episode of understanding others .

At least after cooling off Aria was able to use this situation to lure our Durandal.

Kinji has pretty bad personalities that even the masters note of him about that. And his classmates are wary about it too. He never takes anything seriously unless it's already too late.

Ability to see into the future or typical miko powers?

Also, kind of annoyed at the lack of hysteria mode.
I keep following this series to see Kinji own everyone with hysteria mode, but the way the series seems to go around with it, it might as well not be in the show at all.

lol, what you need to do is look at Kinji first. He's trying his best to avoid hysteria mode

And I believe it was mentioned in the previous ep, Shirayuki's power. Choutei, or was that her skill and not really what makes her special

Guess I'll have to say again. The power that makes Shirayuki a Choutei is not her ability to use divination. Divination is something all the mikos in the Hotogi family have to learn. Shirayuki's Choutei ability is unique to herself. (So far)

I can't say what the power that makes her a Choutei is here because it would be spoilers. It will be shown next episode though.

Plus there will be more Hysteria Mode Kinji next episode as well.

You know it's kinda funny how Aria has taken the Inspector Clouseau "Everytime is danger time" approach to learning how to fight. Well atleast she's wearing nice things.

And it's good to see the classic misuderstandings cause pointless drama (well atleast it wasn't actually any drama at all). And then there's suddenly this weird shit about Kinji not believing in Durandal. Well okay but I never noticed Kinji was that frustrated about the whole thing. In fact I didn't even realise he doubted Durandal's existence...

Oh BLARGH. Damn those timely fireworks. It would've been far more interesting if Kinji actually kissed her.

Wait a minute, shouldn't he let the teacher help him instead of just running away? In fact I wonder why doesn't take the time to try fap first since this "Hysteria" mode would be quite useful. He should have a porn magazine on his person at all times. I'm sure it wouldn't take that long. If I recall, getting a boner is all it takes and that's pretty damn easy.

Actually, everybody doubts Durandal's existence, the teacher said so last episode that they aren't really sure save for some warning letters. She was just taking precaution.

I also hate the lack of tension between Aria and Kinji. It just looks like a cat fight or an ordinary quarrel and not a break of bonds between those two. Kinji should be more jerk a*s than that. Because he really did make a girl cry again. This idiot is the only MC I like which can make a girl cry between joy and sadness. And also Aria.... she looks like she's just a typical childish girl when she starting firing at Kinji

But I ignore that. I just like Shirayan centered episoed and concentrate in the walk in the park side to watch fireworks.

I even ignore the idiot that runs endlessly without clue or calmness. Thank goodness Reki is a round to calm this idiot.

wooh, Flere would suit as a magicians name for Kinji but the problem is Aqua isn't the result of those "tears". While Kinji is the source of both "tears" be it sadness and joy. Aqua changes those tear of sadness into tears of joy. While Kinji make a girl cry in both terms. He can use that name but he also doesn't deserve it. Plus his not a magician >.> give it to the other characters.

errr... I must admit that the dramatic scene in the beach is really adorable and lovely
but I think that it's too much since they only separated in a short time...

I can understand Kinji's way of thinking but I think it's too much to scold Aria like that

at least, I can see a lot Shirayuki in this episode
and finally I can see Shirayuki and Aria will work together in the next ep... can't wait for that... ^^

He actually says in the manga (when Aria first transfers into his class, so long ago by anime standards) that porn mags don't do anything for him and it has to be a real girl.

nah, there's actually a reason that a porn mag or hentai is already useless for him.

Trained by big bro and in middle school accustomed to 3D girls. In his middle school his ability was been found out so when a girl is in trouble they run to Kinji asking for help. It's a living hell and heaven. He punish lecherous teacher and other students that hurt girls. He become a personal ally of justice by the girls in his middle school. That's why he transfer from his hometown middle school into tokyo butei high. There his ability wouldn't be heard of or found out. But luck is not in his side because in his first day of school he met Shirayuki being harassed by boys. And being Shirayuki it's easy for her caliber to trigger HSS. And Kinji beat the crap out of those boys and enter his entrance exam and wipe out the 5 instructors and ace the whole exam. That's why his test rank is S in the first day.

But his a true born slacker and lazy that doesn't care. He ended up not going into another test in the end of the year for his first year life and making him rank E. Then he transferred out of Assault into Inquesta.

I think Durandal can feel pretty responsible for it appearing like Aria left. He sent that phone call to Shirayuki knowing she'd rush into the washroom. While I'm not sure how much was predicted from there, could expect Aria to rush in upset and things going bad from there. Plus his lack of action of any sort helped to reinforce Kinji's belief that Durandal didn't exist. Through those actions Durandal did assist in Aria leaving.
