Been reading this. Liking it very much from whats been done so far. But its kinda brutal huh.

Oh and I very doubt these are vampires, its something else. From what we know so far, they eat people. And for some wierd reason (still need more investigating/clarification) is that women see them as their true monstrous forms ? I guess being a male reader, I can only see her as a white haired loli

but I am really interested in what their monstrous form looks like!

They are giant preying mantis. A whole load of them! It seems like they have ability to give birth to a new preying mantis with their female victim's appearance.

I dont remember this, I guess this was in the raws ? The last chapter before implied she was just an animated dead husk or so (ghoul?). Their former friend that is.
