What anime / manga makes you cry?

Since there's a thread for the "feel good tingly feeling", why not make one for those über-emotional tear-jerkers? For whatever reason, these series/movies made me cry at one point or another...

Onegai Teacher......a lot
Onegai Twins.........a little
Millenium Actress....**BIGTIME!!**
Fruits Basket..........slight sniffles, little misty-eyed
Cowboy Bebop.......a lot at the end...I still cry sometimes when I hear the closing song...so....very...sad. It's a good kind of sad though.
Inu-Yasha..............a bit here and there...okay...a lot here and there.
Love Hina...............I'm not sure why I cried a little during this one...I was almost to tears in the Christmas special, I think, but that's about it.

call me a big baby, but I'm always very emotional, not to mention a hopeless romantic, and being a relatively new but dedicated otaku...get the right series in front of me when I'm in the right mood, and there go the waterworks

How about you guys?

Sway: when posting please explain why the anime you chose makes you cry.

Grave of the Fireflies is supposed to be extremly depressing. I have it but the header is corrupt. i'm planning on watching it soon but i need to find a new torrent.

<edit> Lain is just screwed up. i saw the first episode and the re-occuring powerlines just ruined it.</edit>

That's licensed. I think you should slay yourself as atonement.

I would like to cry watching something, but cannot recall doing so.

The ones that had me crying were: Grave of the Fireflies, it made me cry more than i can ever remember crying over anything, even Braveheart my favorite movie. Samurai X the Kenshin OVA's had me crying at the end of vol2 and almost all of vol3. Hoshi no Koe aka Voice of the Distant Star had me all teared up.

don't laugh,

but some episodes of CHobits really got to me... especially episode 26... damn that was sad....

the end of episode 24 of Excel Saga.. O.o.. yes that was touchy... or was it 23?....anyway..

A lot in Love Hina namely the third episode of Love Hina Again and the christmas special...

Cowboy Bebop the movie... at the end.

I'm bored, so for those who can't read kanji >.>

アニメ: (Anime
みなしごハッチ = minashigo hacchi = Orphen Hatch?
母をたずねて三千里=haha wo tazunete sanzenri = 3000ri to visit mother (ri = old japanese measure for distance... I think)
フランダースの犬 = furandaasu no inu = flander's dog
火垂るの墓=hotaru no haka = grave of the fireflys (tho that kanji isn't the 'hotaru' I recognize >.>)
機動戦士ガンダム0080~ポケットの中の戦争~ = kidousenshi gandamu 0080 poketto no naka no senso = mobile warrior gundam 0080 war inside pocket (wierd name IMO)
うる星やつら~完結編~ = uruseiyatsura ~ kanketsuhen = uruseiyatsura final story (urusei = urusai = annoying... maybe 'annoying guys'... )

エロゲー: (Perv Games)
Kanon
君が望む永遠 = Kimi ga nozomu eien = eterernity you long for
家族計画 = kazoku keikaku = family project?
加奈~いもうと~ = Kana ~ Imouto~ = Kana ~ Little sister~
みずいろ = mizu iro = water color (frequently TLed as aqua, as in mizu iro jidai, or Aqua Age)
CROSS+CHANNEL
To Heart (マルチ)

Well, I can honestly say that Secret of Cerulean Sand got me balling the most. Some others have drawn tears, but the one that takes the cake and the gold metal is definately SoCS.
