You're lucky, the episode was still in my recycle bin. Could you describe what you want exactly? I think the timing's wrong on my file.

Plus I am hereby offering to christmas-morphize people's avatar into the christmas vibe!

Might not be able to morph everybodies avatar due to time constraints, in the middle of exams atm.

If the image is larger than 50KB, which it clearly is .. This is what happens. Only thing that will be displayed is the first frame of the animation as your avatar. Post the avatar here when it's uploaded to imagehosting service, and maybe we can reduce it's file size so it can be used. But do note, that 50KB doesn't hold much animation ..

Features(?): around 3 seconds when she has her eye closed and 1 second when its open. looped. i want the bottom to be just above the water, if possible, and her entire head, but if not both, then whole head is most important.

You got it right, arigatou Kanon, I replaced Miya with loli-Mikan. (OVA2 loli-Mikan didn't have much impact to me compared to episode 9 loli-Mikan.)
