The spoiler seems fake, none of the images is consistent with what is written in the spoiler.

The spoilers are originally from 2ch the same place where the pics originated from. /a/ is usually the hub of anything first related to Japanese anime and the like. A good deal of the the posters there speak Japanese or associate them selves with Japanese message boards and forums like 2ch or 2chan. Even Js06 himself posts on 4chan.
