Minami-ke Okaeri fansub issues

Hi. This two has some of audio desync:

[Chihiro-Sprocket]_Minami-ke_Okaeri_-_04_[h264][FC14415C].mkv

[Ayako]_Minami-ke_Okaeri_-_09_[1024x576-H264+AAC][4FEDE151].mkv

Chihiro version gets desynch after 1/3 of episode (almost 1 sec. of delay to video).
Ayako version gets desynch 1 sec. since start, and delay to video is constant.
It could be my shitty codec or player, but rest of episodes play well.

I recall encountering a sync issue as well with one of the Ayako eps. This was with CCCP. Have you tried the latest windows mplayer build?

I do not know what CCCP is so probably I'm not using this. I install some code packs only when I am forced to do this - cause there is nowhere to get stand alone codec.
Usually I try to find stand alone versions to not be tight with some-bundled-one-hard-to-maintance-and-uninstall.
My basic player is mplayerc 6.4.9.1.
Hard ones, for which I don't have codecs are taken by most recent version of ffdshow.
I could try out diffrent player or diffrent codecs, but as I said, I encountered issues only for this two files. If someone tells me that these two files play well I'll try to figure out messing with my codec system.
Greetings.
