HELL YEAH!!!

He's the best normal pilot that comes to mind. Other's have something special to boost themselves, but this guy is by the book!

I always felt that Norris was a much better pilot than Shiro, even within 08th MS team. I'm not sure why he hasn't been mentioned yet. He took on three Gundams and three Guntanks in a single battle, and he basically thrashed them. Fortunately for Shiro, Norris chose not to kill him, when he could have easily done so(while Shiro was shorted out).

Finally lol, reading all the posts and why only you mentioned him, Uraki was so "normal", there were other pilots who had more experience and yet he was still chosen for the GP01. He did have a good superior

I think his greatest moments were the Val Walo battle (Gundam split maneuver ) and the Dendrobium. Well, heck, they all(battles) were lol.

Shiro Amada. Amazing dude. Used a Ball in space and a Ground-type on Earth. While a bit on the emo side (who wasn't lol), I guess it goes to show when one man loves a woman, never get in his way While all his battles were awesome, nothing comes close to using one's own body part for a melee Great pilot, but wonder how he does in space.....

I'd also like to mention some of the Zeta Gundam Titan pilots, the aces, they are certainly good if it weren't for the newtypes and psychic attacks lol

Well you know, alot of bad guys in all those Gundam series are good. But there's alot to name lol

And, will not forget the 3 Gundam Seed girls, the Orb trio! Using normal mobile suits and kicking butt, nothing beats 3 cute girls "makin' hole in freakin' outer space" -end of quote

Zechs is normal, right? But then again the Mobile suits of GW are a bit, how do we say, overpowered

I'm sure I missed some other pilots somewhere lol.....

Ok i say we should allow non seed mode coodinators in this poll for one reason in the battles in seed when earth had finally gotten mobile suits they did battle on even terms with the coordinators. so mwu kira the god mode characters excuded nomral coordinators should be accepatble. you really think evey one of them was awsome good just cuz they were corrdinators? no lol im sure sum of em just plain sucked.

for my vote anyway heero was trained ya sure every pilot goes through sum sort of training. one example endless waltz him fighting wufei in a leo.

Lowe red frames pilot was pretty good too very crafty in the heat of battle

yazan as well its always they battle hungry psycho pilots that r mad strong lol.

I just got the impression from the first post that a Coordinator wouldn't count because, to me, genetic enhancement, is..... an advantage?

Oh well.

Waltfeld = good, so yeah, I'll approve. ^^;

I still don't buy that Mu and Rau were newtypes. What I hate about CE is all of the side story BS that this crap turns up in. Oh sure, you can watch both 50 episode CE tv series, but you've got to read the Astray comics and multiple hobby mags just to get the big picture on everything else. Until they actually mention the concept of newtypes in the anime I'm not going to buy it.

Rau's piloting skills would alude to newtype abilities, since if he was a natural he shouldn't have been able to toast Kira, but he was a genetic experiment. But Mu always seemed pretty average in everything but Akatsuki. I don't buy it.

True but this is something she did only one time and something that wasn't done by any other Natural. I almost want to call it an animation glitch.

Well.... There was an action triggering it. It was purposeful, to say the least.

I don't think so, there is no real mention of newtypes in the series. And brainwashing and drugging, I also highly doubt that. Peruse Endless waltz where Trowa tells his story. Also Dr. J. tells relena about Hiiro's personality and whatnot.
But please do feel free to quote the passages on this information, you've got me perplexed.

What? Muu is 28 and 30 in GS and GSD respectively. Zechs was 19. I don't know where you get that assumption.

I think Cagalli's piloting in Seed Destiny proves her Seed was a fluke.

Well... Maybe. >_> I'm not saying she's a good pilot, but she did have a SEED break once because of what happened around her.

I kinda figure the SEED break is like Egon in Ghostbusters, "I lack the capacity for rational thought." So maybe she learned to control it.
