Nothing really, he just believes that he should have a familky talk with Erica after the events of volume eleven about certain things that happen after a child reaches a certain age.

Although, he did try to tell Erica that she should do what's she thinks is best, and don't need to worry about obligations etc. I think, with him believing that she would ditch her obligations with Godou and just abandon him to Salvatore.

He basically just didn't want her to get involved in these campione bullsh@t, because he was forced into the mess himself when he got involved in the holy grail war.
