The series had its moments, but I honestly enjoyed Nichijou a whole lot more.

It seems that there would be a season 2? True or false information ...? or just a rumor ...

just finished marathoning the series.

The series is very funny. It had it's dull moments and great moments. I think the primary weakness of this series is the lack of characters. 2 to 3 character focus is not that good.

Iam really sad that the cute "Unused Character" girl doesn't have much role here, she's my favorite. Damn cute voice and design just <3

Either way I had my fill in some episodes like the bear and the selling ninja jutsu's.

Apparently, Sentai believes this is worth picking up.

I personally agree, as I loved the show, but I just know most people will scoff at the idea, given that it featured very cheap animation and it was very poorly received in Japan.

I'll be sure to buy this. It was one of my favorite series from last year.

I saw a copy of this series on DVD in a local store earlier in the week. I'm guessing it may have also surfaced in other parts of Canada or in the US, for anyone so interested.

Just watched the OAD that just released few days ago. Felt the pace of the OAD is slightly faster than TV version's.

But it's still fun to watch, hope to see KMB to have 2nd season on future.

No idea when the OAD will get subbed, so I watched it raw. It had some great gags, was definitely a good time. The animation was hilariously cheap as always, and it was great to hear Yasuna and Agiri's voices again.

I wonder how this OAD did sales wise; there doesn't seem to have been a BD version. In any case I'm also definitely hoping for a second season too.

Unused, what else?

I really enjoyed the OVA. To some extent, even more than the actual show (which I also enjoyed a lot).

With friends like Yasuna, who needs enemies?

Followup on the sales: apparently the OAD bundle sold 7319!!! copies in its first week. That's pretty damn amazing, massively reinforces my hope for an S2.

The OAD really shows just how far the staff has come. They've finally nailed the pacing and proudly flaunt the low budget assets in a creative manner that only a show like this can get away with.

Most importantly though, they fully understand the dynamic between Yasuna and Sonya and play it up to the extreme. Not to mention Yasuna's VA has completely embraced her role and delivers an outstanding performance that truly elevates the humor tenfold.

If season two does get announced and can maintain the quality of the OAD, then this series will easily become one of the best anime comedies ever.

I've watched the first ep of the English dub, and I have to say that I really liked it. I don't even remember if I finished watching the series or not, so I might just stream with the dubs, as I found it more enjoyable to watch than the subs.
