Outsniping the Lion:
I admit, I was lucky with the last shots on Wil. You should see how I managed to hit his hatch from more than 500 meters away. |

I never said it was. I meant other people were also fighting to grab the kill!
I'm actually surprised you were evening penetrating with the short 88 at that distance! In hindsight, my trying to plug the hole was a foolish move, I should've just hung back by the castle and picked people off.

I actually find Platooning no different from pub matches, but it does increase some win ability slightly, cuz other ppl can platoon, where you might end up in a platooned match where your your up against bunch of unicumers or good players, I've seen it happen, when platooned with ES and UTE.

Our Unicum speaks facts. While a platoon with good players won't guarantee a win, at least it will offset some of the stupidity factor that comes with being in a team whose individual and collective scores make winning a long shot. And I expect a LOT of the latter this weekend.

yes but as I was saying, that it wouldn't matter if the whole round was all platooned, therefore you have a round of essentially good or above or decent, or someone like Mow mow, then your basically relying on luck, hopin they F up, which sux, cuz it ends up like a stalemate, then its like the seige of stalingrad, the player wit enuf ballz to charge in to scout, LOL which usually ends up being me, cuz everyone ends up being scurd of being hit, I'm like you F***in girl, if its a stalemate its a draw cuz ppl take to long to make their decision or wait for someone to mess up.
and i hate games where no one wants to be bait or superman in wit a blitz, i mean someone needs to move if you want to win.

The thing is, MM doesn't care about winrate. MM cares about platoons. Platoons don't always mean better players are playing.
How many times have you found yourself in games wherein your top tier heavies platoon turns out to be horri-WTFOMG-bad? And yeah, trusted platoonmates pick up after you. I don't know how many times I got myself into trouble playing the mighty derp platoons and my comrades saved me or -- if I die anyway -- went on to carry the game. As for playing lighter mediums, having a full three-man medium platoon guarantees a potentially very deadly wolfpack. By the time attrition takes one or two of us down, there's a trail of charred hunks of overwhelmed enemies and the survivor is on the way to victory. Above all though, you need to trust your platoonmate to be able to do that. Charge with you; save your butt; carry when you fall. |

Generally if I'm on a good night and I have two others around or a bit below my level whom I trust and we work together, it's really not that uncommon for the 3 of us to carry teams kicking and screaming to victory. It just takes some cool-headed thinking, map reading, and teamwork to pull it off. Alot of my deaths/losses are could have been prevented if I had just one team mate next to or supporting me.
There are some days where nothing works, though. That's when I try to play my Elder Scrolls V: Crashrim (laugh) |

Well it will be rare to see me in a round, cuz i jump around tiers now, from four to 10 to 5 to 8 to 7 to 6 and back to 10. cuz i try to mix it up to see if i can rack up any good pubbies.
