The name and voice aren't proof enough for you? I mean if I saw a guy that looked kind of feminine, but his name was 'Bob' and he clearly had a man's voice, I wouldn't refer to him as 'her'.

Sorry, but I just have to say that I find somewhat freaky to see that most of anime out there has these kind of "weird" she-dudes. Perhaps the authors of these animes are somewhat attracted to this kind of individuals
