Truly, I'd say most of the KoR are at 50/50 at this point (with the sole exception of Bisamark whose chances are way high on the death end). Gino might have a bit more of a chance of death than the rest.

I don't really think he was angry when he saw Lelouch. It really didnt even sound that angry even, just kind of, 'WTF!?!?!'.

When he was truly angry at Suzaku it came off much more harsh.

I'd say it looks something like (most to least likely to die):
Bismark -> Gino -> Monica/Nonette -> Anya -> Dorothea (for the sole reason that she has yet to even appear... can't kill her if she's not around!)

I think that when Schneizel drops the act the others are going to rejoin Lelouch because in their eyes he'll be the 'lesser evil'
