I can summarize it one sentence.

Spoiler for LC spoilers:

Carol gets knocked up, Scrooge is the father and it is heavily implied that the children are Inori and her twin.

If you want more in depth spoilers then you'll have to wait until tomorrow.

Hard to tell, the character I believe it might be appears in the Guilty Crown: Princess of Deadpool light novel.
And since no one is translating, or providing spoilers for it we're more or less stuck in a rut.

She has the Void Genome and can pull out her own Void. She's also a dead ringer for Inori. Her name is 'Overload' I believe.

Carol became pregnant with Scrooge's children as a result of an experiment to create hybrids. Every time Scrooge pulls out a Void it breaks and the child dies, but since the children are immortal they are 'recreated' in their mother's womb and each time that happens the Void changes. Scrooge and Carol both appear to be dying, however. The game's TRUE END has them ending the 2nd Apocalypse and Lost Xmas by using the Guilty Crown, the combined Voids of Carol and her two unborn children. Carol and Scrooge both live in this ending. In the normal ending Carol and Scrooge use the Guilty Crown to blow up Roppongi fort and end the 2nd Apocalypse in a kamikaze attack. Daath finds Scrooge's hand, claims that Scrooge was a false King, but commends his effort and uses the hand to complete the Void Genome
