I was more referring to the fact that, in the creation of a character here in OC, overpowered isn't really the best way to go. All of my established characters are pathetic in terms of overall combat ability compared to the other major OC's here.
I'm quite sure that Arkadia was just meant as a counter to my Dwarven Sniper assasinate there, and thus I don't take him that seriously as a character, since I'm mostly joking anyways But if you do intend for him to be a bonafide OC character, with those stats and abilities you listed there, it's best to have some good background exposition and explanations ready.

Thanks and indeed he is. Due to certain circumstances, he's been on the run and confronted by former colleagues, so it is kill or be killed for him. He hasn't reach homicidal yet but I have yet to define the extents he would go. And yes, writing a part of yourself is so much relaxed and easier to flow.

Lost Logia and Relics are different things. Relics are Lost Logia, but not all Lost Logia are Relics. So as far as the number of ALL the Lost Logia... nobody really knows, not even in-series
As for the Relics, there appears to be more than 70 of them in Jail's lab last we saw them
