So it wasn't a one and done for all the challengers that didn't make it. For those who were close to making it may be at a disadvantage to skip to the final preliminary rather than be placed into the next preliminary.
Something else I noticed when looking up the schedule was that the top 3 not 4 in the current preliminaries made it to the main tournament. In that case, for group 92, Konoka is not in yet as well as anyone else in the other groups who placed 4th.

In previous tournaments, there was "repechage round" which was like Saimoe's 2nd prelim, but this year they decided to get rid of this to speed up the process. 2nd prelim (2nd ROUND prelim) determines who will advance to the main rounds among 384 that advanced to the 2nd round. (96 will advance to main rounds; 2nd round = 32 groups and 3 advance per group)

Gah the site forgot who I was again.
1. Yaya, Kanata Easy group they're both adorable even though (Or because?) Yaya can be bratty. 2. KusuKusu, Filicia Kusukusu is cute and funny. While Filicia is incredibly devoted to her troops happiness and wellbeing. 3. Asuna, Nodoka I'm glad Kanu made it and is in group 10. It's annoying how they took down the results to the 1st preliminary. Also 8, 13 and 16 are the only groups I'll need to abstain in. Edit: Since they now have results for 1st preliminary. 6 good results Kanu, Asuna, Konoka, Rima, Haruka, Kamyu 3 consolation results Celty, Temari, Rider With an overall score of (73-28) or 101 overall
